Everything was perfect tonight as always with Nicole. From our well done wings, to salad then med rare filet&lobster and sirloin. We absolutely love her! We're never rushed unless we want to be and she always gives us a great not overdone or dull experience. She is definitely the reason we come back to this location even through our moves and all. Meh, like most chain restaurants it's fast food quality disguised as more formal dining. There are better places out there if you look a little. Local restaurants are always a better choice.

I've never been disappointed here. Super friendly staff and great food. The wedge salad was delicious. My prime rib and my mother's fillet were cooked perfectly. I love the mashed potatoes and the grilled asparagus. Just keep in mind that this is a steakhouse, and as such, it will be a bit pricier than other chain restaurants.

Better experience than the one in Newington. Better flavor, and less black pepper on the steak. Service was good, considering how busy they were for Valentine's Day. Only complaint was the new table setup with the smaller round tables. It was uncomfortably close to each other and difficult to move around without hitting another person or their table.

For a chain restaurant, the food here is actually surprisingly good. The stakes were cooked exactly how I ordered them and all of the sides were tasty. Eating here isn't exactly a healthy experience, but it tasty. Furthermore, I've recently learned that Outback is good at accommodating gluten allergies which is nice.

Had an amazing time Saturday night. Our server Shannon was a perfect host. My hubby and I were driving from Maine to New York and we stopped here for dinner.Shannon lifted up our night and made us comfy while we conversed for a little bit 😇after a long drive her amicable self gave us that energy we needed to recharge and head home with full bellies. This outback provides the usual food you would expect from an outback. Eaten here several times and they always make the outback dishes well. The difference of this outback is all of the staff is extremely polite and on top of their job and not miserable while doing it. The management here must have a good grasp.

Great food, steak was perfect. Had to wait to get silverware after our food was delivered, and don’t get served bread like at other tables. Had to ask for it. So only giving 3 stars based on the service. But food was great.

I love Outback but this is my least favorite location. This time we got a dirt soon and a simple "oh, sorry" when I had to bring it up to someone to swap it out. I would drive further to go anywhere else unless my wife wants this specifically

Just had the best server Iwe have ever had at Outback. His name was Henry and he was working in the bar area. He was attentive and professional. He came and checked on us very often. On top of the wonderful service our food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Henry! You made our dinner fantastic!

The manager was great as he was running around and asking if everyone was okay. He was serving food at tables and making sure everybody was happy. Unfortunately, our waitress wasn’t. She was so slow and throughout our time there we watched everybody come and go around us. We were there easily for an hour and a half. It wasn’t busy and we didn’t have a big party either. I asked for ketchup and never received it. Asked for a refill and came back 10 minutes later because she could never offer If we needed more drinks when all of us had empty glasses. My food came out cold. She seemed annoyed while one of us were ordering because they had to look at the menu and re-read the sides and decide what they wanted. She raised her eye brow in annoyance because she had to wait. It just wasn’t a good experience.

The food was good and met the expected theme of a chain restaurant. Good quality and predictability allows you to know what you are getting before arriving. Good place to go for a decent steak for a reasonable price.

It was probably 10 years between visits at this location. It was about a 30-minute wait for a table on a Saturday night, which was fine. Overall the food was good. We all have different things off the menu and everything came out very tasty. Our waitress was excellent. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she was good. I would say the prices are around 10 to 20% higher then local restaurants. Overall a good dining experience.

The appetizer was mediocre, the cheese fries were greasy. I'm always a fan of the coconut shrimp, which was good , and my husband was pleased with his steak and lobster tail, the filet was actually very good, and I'm not a fan of rare steaks, but this was still good. Our waitress was kind, but the service was slow,and she didn't really come check on us at all, until it was time for the check. There was another server who brought our food out, she was really nice, personable, and grabbed us a few things we needed. All in all it was an ok time, I'm sure we will be back , but it's not my first choice in a restaurant

Visit outback frequently, the service at the bar and on the floor is amazing! Shout-out to amber at the bar and Michelle on the floor for all there hard work! Ricky who is also on the floor does a great job with customer service. The food is great and I would highly recommend visiting this establishment!

One word describes everything we ate at Outback Steakhouse.****************** SALTY!! ****************** Yes, everything is so salty that I'm thinking the world's oceans may now be filled with fresh water.The Bloomin' Onion.........SALTYThe fried mushroom appetizer..........SALTYThe New England clam chowder........SALTYMy prime rib............VERY SALTY...... AND undercooked.Mashed potatoes..........SALTYSide order of sautéed mushrooms........SALTYOn top of that, the portions are small, relative to the price you pay.Other than those small nit-pics, the meal was acceptable.Service was extremely good, and the strawberry lemonade was wonderful.The choice to eat here was not mine.

The service was excellent as was our meal. Our waitress was so nice & she got everything right & served the appetizer, salad, soup & then our meal perfectly. We haven't gone in a long while because we didn't have a good experience at a different Outback. We enjoyed our food & we brought some home. No room for dessert. 😊

So, I have been here before and the food was pretty good, but tonight there cactus onion blossom was not at "ALL" what it was when I first went to this place, tonight they definitely get a d- as a grade, on their onion blossom. It was almost burnt and it tasted as though they fried it in old grease, not satisfied at all tonight with there cactus onion blossom, it was horrible. Although the main course was good. They need to do better. All and all I give them a b- tonight.
